Warranty does not cover:

Lost accessories or missing parts
Issues caused by third-party modifications
If a product is found to be defective within the warranty period, it will be repaired or replaced at no extra cost.
Replacement requests should be made within 3 days of delivery for quick processing, or anytime within the warranty period.
For products that cannot be repaired, a replacement unit will be provided.

Return the Product
Send the defective product in its original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and invoice included.
Products must be properly packaged to avoid damage during shipping.
Upon receiving the returned product, our team will inspect it.
Approved replacements or repairs will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Products returned without proper documentation or packaging may not be eligible for replacement.
Replacement policy applies only to products purchased from Vapor9DXB.
Vapor9DXB is not responsible for damages caused during shipping if not packaged properly by the customer.
