At Vapor9DXB, we strive to ensure that every order and product reaches you in perfect condition. However, if a product has a manufacturing defect, is damaged on delivery, or is not as described (e.g., wrong color, wrong size, or incorrect item), you are eligible to request a return or exchange.
For missing, wrong, or damaged products, please inspect your order at the time of delivery or record an unboxing video. Complaints without video evidence may not be accepted.
Product has been burned, damaged, or misused.
Software or digital products.
Clearance or discounted items.
Product seal or sticker removed.
Underwear or intimate products.
Missing accessories, chargers, or adapters.
Gift items or free products.
Product is not in a resalable condition.
Compatibility issues with third-party devices or apps that are not part of the product’s default features.
Inspect your order immediately upon receipt and notify us via email if there is any issue.
Return the product in its original packaging, including box, papers, accessories, warranty cards, labels, and stickers.
Do not tape or seal the product box.
You may return the product via yourself, your representative, or a courier service.
If you request a pickup service, any advance courier charges must be paid.
Once we receive the product, it will be inspected for defects or issues.
If everything is in order, refunds are processed within 72 hours.
If the product is defective, Vapor9DXB covers the delivery cost. Additional courier charges, if any, will be the customer’s responsibility.
Returns due to change of mind or personal preference will require the customer to cover all courier and handling charges.
Any cashback, vouchers, or gifts received earlier must be returned or deducted from the refund amount.
